Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment on the day
Upon completion we will email an invoice to you. We kindly ask for payment to be made on the day by either bank transfer or cash payment
Please note: Late payment fees can be applied if payment has failed to of been made within a 24 hour period from appointment date.
Cancellation Policy
When your appointment is booked, we are holding a space in our diary that is no longer available to other customers.
In order to be respectful to all parties, please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow us to move another customer to that appointment date
Please note any cancellations made less than a 48 hour period (before your appointment) will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of this fee is £50
